During the past decade, Cittá Group has undertaken various Commercial Development projects which have provided highly functional space for businesses to launch or expand. The Cittá Group took on its first industrial concrete tilt up structure on Vancouver Island in 2008 and since has constructed more than 315,000 square feet of light industrial warehousing. One such project is Raven’s Landing Business Park in the heart of Keating Industrial District. This project features 78,000 square feet of tilt-up construction and was constructed in three phases. In July 2015, Cittá Group completed a 72,600 square foot warehouse, in Nanaimo, for Cold Star Freight Systems.  This experience has helped Cittá to develop a highly skilled and specialized team of professionals to manage the ever evolving building regulations and the technical diversifications demanded by our commercial customers.
